On a school night!

Our postponed Christmas dinner with my work colleagues, this way if any of us get the lurgy we won’t have to cancel Christmas (hoping with 300 odd days to go till the 25th we’d be ok by then). 

Joking aside, it was just too challenging and potentially fraught with risk for folks travelling and seeing others.  So moved to tonight and a very organised do it was too.  One of my team (an Italian) reluctantly booked one of the local Italian restaurants (she wanted anything but Italian food). That said, this wasn’t your typical lasagne and pizza, a five course tasting menu, with some local produce too!  

Quite nice to be out and great to see all the team in person, we joked we should bring a cardboard square to put round our faces so as to appear on zoom!
