Gift for my niece

My sister's second daughter has left home last Monday to walk from home to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Over 2200 K. This Friday she'll be with my brother. I'll join them on Friday evening and I hope I'll be able to walk a little part with her on Saturday. It's a shame I can't walk as good as I want. I really would have liked to walk two days into Germany with her. A few K will have to do now.

I bought her this stone. She can wear it as a necklace, bracelet or tie it to her backpack. It is yellow Jasper, for safe traveling. She'll be gone for 8 months. I'm in awe that she's doing this. And maybe a tiny little bit envious...
