Monofer® infusion

I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia in the beginning of December and finally today I got an iron intravenous infusion given directly into the vein via a cannula or IV drip. Hopefully it will give me a much needed boost and help me get better sooner than if I was only using the tablets (which I will have to take indefinitely with my daily supplements). Tired and achy afterwards, had a good rest and a nap in the afternoon.
