In the beginning ...

...of a dish of fajitas, there was a pan of sizzling peppers and onion. This lot struck me as so vibrantly colourful - I was using bits of 3 different peppers - that it merited having its photo taken.

The results were totally tasty, by the way - not just a pretty pan!
