Don’t Blink, Or You’ll Miss It

It was another grey and dark day with rain here and there. The only place I had to go today was a brief errand in the village, so I pushed myself to walk round the park first, just before sunset, when there was a short break in the rain.

It was totally grey as I set out and then half way round the park the sky started to turn to this delicious pink! It lasted all of about 5 minutes! It was all over in the blink of an eye. I’m glad I was out to see it!
