Horse

After yesterday’s assault of colour today was deadly flat and glum. Fortunately I found this rather fine looking horse. I like everything about this shot, from the composition and handling to the messy tassels of hair on the forehead. But more than that, am totally transfixed by the head on, slightly patronising stare of the beast in question. Maybe I’ve been looking at it too long...
