Onions

Today pickled my home-grown onions, well at least the ones left. Angie had run out of ordinary onions and seeing my priceless small examples. grabbed a large handful to use in some ordinary dish!

So didn't have an awful lot to do. I used exactly the recipe Sarsons show on their website, where the brew is cooked up before bottling. As there was quite a bit of a bottle left, and I knew I wouldn't find any other use for it for some time and I don't plan to do any redecoration requiring paint stripper, also bottled a cucumber, again using Sarsons web recipe but this didn't require cooking up. We shall see. Cucumbers ready in 10 days, onions in 6 weeks.
