Prawn & courgette pasta with lemongrass

Hideously bad mood most of the day, pretty low confidence, but cooking really helped (not for the first time). This prawns and courgette pasta with lemongrass recipe came from Waitrose and was really easy and refreshing. I’m not going to look back fondly on today but I did at least come up with an effective response to a downward spiral.
