Punk Dolls

So brilliant to see J again - she had had to cancel coming for Hogmanay.  These dolls look a bit like I felt after the drive from Glasgow to Leicester.  Things went smoothly until Scotch Corner, after which could feel a juddering vibration through the steering wheel.  Stopped at the next services, tyres etc looked ok and after consulting M decided it was probably the wheel balance that was off, so the rest of the journey was a bit of a slow one.  As M says, every time I go off island on a longish trip the car does something that usually costs around £300.  Booked it into a garage for the morning.  Lovely evening with J - had pretty early night though as was shattered.
