I'll take the classic rueben please...

I took a rare lunch hour and met Glenn in Woodbridge.  As I drove north, I had a sense of pride in realizing that I was able to take care of myself, not worry about work and relax.  When I told Glenn, he asked, "do you have anything due at 5 pm?"  I replied, "No, I do not."  He reminded me as I reminded myself that it's good to take a break.

I got home, finished some work, and went to teach yoga.  There's only been a single student the last few weeks, and he was an absolute beginner.  I was able to give him undivided attention.  Tonight we pressed further into some more "advanced" beginner poses.
