School returns have been delayed for two weeks, let’s hope we don’t get much more rain so we can have some splashing fun down at the beach. It’s all mud at the moment from the river. Yuck.
Dubu went to look at the septic tank at the house we’re looking to buy with a plumber. This guy seems to think we don’t need to replace it. Fingers crossed he’s right, the bank won’t give us anymore than the purchase price and a new tank would cost minimum $25k. We’re taking a bit of a gamble. Hoping it’ll pay off.
