Assaulted by Color

A little turn around the block and I was nearly blinded by this explosion of color. The sun is out! Yay! The plumbers are finished! Yay! Life is good! Yay!

The extra is an interesting sign from the doctor's office. Keep in mind it's a middle-of-the-road mainstream place, not a new age facility. I'd like to know the story behind the words. It makes me wonder what the staff has to endure on a daily basis.
