Big Yellow Bird

No bald eagles today so Angus and I went off in search of something bigger and better. Our favourite hiking area is open again - the Skaha Bluffs climbing cliffs are a great place to go. This helicopter was circling us for about 10 minutes .. I felt like I was on the set of "Mash". It eventually hovered at the top of the cliffs and let down 2 people with a stretcher. I'm hoping it was just a training exercise and not to recover someone. On closer look it is a government search and rescue machine. Bigger Bird
