2570. Lies?

My Nintendo Switch was supposed to be collected for repair on Friday….UPS didn’t come but claimed they had and I wasn’t in….then it was supposed to be collected today….but they claimed I wasn’t in again…I was in on both occasions…I’m at a loss as to how to get them to actually collect it….apparently they’re trying tomorrow but I’m not waiting in all day again…how do companies get away with behaving like this?
