Is that a bud I see before me?

The bulbs seem to be shooting up at the moment. There seems to be a bud on one of the daffodils. It was warmer today than of late. My youngest granddaughter was 16 today, where did the time go? She FaceTimed me tonight to thank us for her presents. She’d had a nice day despite it being the first day back at school. She and her friends are each getting a different supermarket version of Colin the Caterpillar on their birthdays and doing a taste test. She said her Waitrose one was excellent.
