Cr-ouch!

It might have been a damp, dismal Monday outside but somehow I still managed to rouse myself and go for a walk. The fact that I had to go to the Post Office and shops in Bonnybridge might have played a part.

Anyway, chores done, I set off around Bonnyfield Nature Reserve and completed my circuit back along the Canal. Took a few uninspiring photographs, including some of the fungi I saw sprouting from the trees.

Getting down to take this shot from underneath one of them wasn't so difficult, getting back up again proved that I am not as young and flexible as I was ten or twenty years ago. The extra required less effort. I had learned my lesson.
