Dickens

Not a good day for outside photos, so thought I would stick to an inside mono shot for today’s challenge. “ Fact or Fiction”.

The book I have chosen is a 1920s copy of The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club, with delightful illustrations by Frank Reynolds.
A large and heavy book that once belonged to my father.
It was Charles Dickens’ first novel. Published in 1836.
Purely fiction, but I bet there are a few facts in there as well.
