I prepped the quince and got them bubbling away on the stove, then made a jelly bag with a length of muslin I bought backalong. I had saved the faux cotton drawstrings on my new pyjama's when I purchased them some time ago, & today they were repurposed making the loops to hang the jelly bag from the upturned stool, saved from George & Jean. Tomorrow I'll make the jelly.
I exfoliated the pigs hock & trotter that I'll roast tomorrow. FACT. :-D Another day of action ahead.
