Not feeling great. My lateral flow test is negative, so it's just a cold but I'm not going up to help Ruth until I feel better. Still no care team in place. 

I used to listen to this CD and many similar all the time, but these days I veer towards much cheerier music. Great to hear it again though, and I still can sing along to every track - or could do if my throat was less sore!
