Tagine for tea

We caught the bus to town and went in search of a birthday card and present for our neighbour's son, who is 30 next weekend. Also got some photos of the new baby printed to send off to my mum (great granny).
I had a voucher for a free coffee and cake in Lewis's, so naturally we had to stop off and use that.
I received Ainsley Harriot's new cook book as a Christmas present, so tried out the tagine recipe for tea - chicken for Dennis and a veggie version for me.
