Cold And Frosty Morning

I've never been a big fan of the summer (too much heat, sweat, stinky people, bugs and hayfever going on for my liking), but GOOD HEAVENS can we crank up the heat just a couple of degrees, or what?? I'd love to leave the house without my scarf, glittens and earmuffs for Pete's sake...
