Plenty
We've been rediscovering this cookbook this week, having forgotten just how wonderful it is.
So far:
Crunchy pappardelle
Swiss chard, chick pea and tamarind stew
And tonight:
Pasta and courgette salad
All fantastic but I realise they don't sound that amazing from the titles. Maybe he needs a marketing guru to make them sound as fantastic as they taste. Or maybe not!
