I got a lovely visit from the boys and S and K today. Boths boys were keen to chat ; Lewis all about his football class this morning and Harris anything! As Harris does he took his trousers off and be silly with him. I jokingly asked him to stop being funny as it was sore to laugh! They had brought a jenga like game to play too together.  
Was great to have company.

They left and I took my meds for my mental health; I have now made the connection between taking them and being sick as that is exacy what happened. I've already not had my lithium for a week and that is concerning me .
