Plenty of company on the hill with Juno and much ball chasing. A cold wind with a dampness in it this morning.

Walked to work.

Work was a blame of requirements.

Out to the anachy cafe for lunch with no mates, chatted to the wonderful Emma.

A haircut and a stroll round the local charity shops.

Bus home and a chat with a girl who I used to coach.

Shopping and baking tonight.
