How do they keep going?

We've had a two year old and a six (going on 7 year old) all day today - how do they keep going? We're now utterly exhausted and will be following them to bed before long. Bobby had a couple of hours sleep in the afternoon and then when he woke he was the only one that wanted to go to the playground. Jimmy's not doing photos at the moment as he's lost his front teeth!
