Working at home this week has the advantage I don't have to get up so early still pretty tired - made it through to the end of the week, trying to have 1 on 1's with all the students 

Got a surprise text to say I could go for acupuncture and cupping at 5.30 pm so jumped at the chance - my back has now changed in colour!!!
