Slow melt

Not melting quickly and we haven't had much rain. It's still very icy under the snow. We managed to drive out without shovelling the driveway. The roads to the main road were icy in parts and the plow only made one pass, so it was a bit dodgy when a car was coming the other way, but the main road was completely clear. It was good to get to town and pick up a few groceries but it was even better to get back home. It's just a relief to know that we could get out if we really had to. I can't wait to get out for a regular walk but that might not happen for a few days yet. 
I haven't been very motivated to take photos and took a couple of the garden this morning. I hope the rosemary survives! The extra is a view of part of the garden from the window upstairs.
