Currywurst

I’d posted a few days ago (not here) about the bittersweet treat that is the currywurst at the bar in Palma airport’s departure area.

Not that I relish leaving Mallorca - it’s always lovely. But I felt the need to try and replicate the exit bar food. Worked OK, but needs some further attention to detail.
