Longing for her dad

Day for hobbies and fun. Done nothing wise, but late breakfast and dinner - and some icy decorations to our front yard (in the extra), while hubby was driving drone and taking photos of our home and yards.

Our daughter called in the afternoon and asked if she could come over for sauna and maybe also stay the night. Nice to have her around! We made a walk while sauna was warming up and bathed and had family time together.

Next weekend hubby leaves to China, Beijing at 16th. I bet our daughter needed to stay close to her father now.

Ps. The corona situation in Finland is that there is more contaminations than ever. The government and National Healthcare try to find best solutions how to cope. Apparently schools will be opened next Monday after the xmas holiday, but pupils have to be tested weekly...

Hospital emergencies in Helsinki area are overloaded, but in other areas situation is better. Covid Omikron seems not to take as many people to emergency room that Covid Delta did. Anyway we have both here now. Many of my friends in Helsinki have the disease, some in this area too. Our family has not yet caught the plaque, but I wonder how long we can avoid it..

I have to admit that I am a bit tensed over my husband's working journey to Beijing. To be precise I am worried about the traveling itself. In the destination in China the Corona precautions will be enormously good. Of course he is very strict in wearing ffp3 or ffp3 mask any time needed.
