Why - saved and sinners portals perhaps!

A quick trip to Wellington this afternoon for a few bits and luckily it was dry (ish) unlike this mornings walk with Luce.

But number plates changed and I must say in some respects the DVLA are very efficient.

However I was slightly surprised to get 2 letters from them - 1 stating that I no longer owned the landrover and another telling me to tax it at the end of January!
