Honest Toun

After I’d had a virtual bike ride, I headed to Musselburgh with Ruby. Specifically, to Clark Brothers on the quayside. Fish duly purchased and a tub of crayfish tails, which were nibbled on the sea wall.

Back home and Ruby is now making Fillet of Cod with Roasted Peppers and Romesco Sauce. Can’t wait.

A good Saturday.
