Smooth it out

I have been taught at knitting class to pin out completed garment pieces before stitching up and not press as I was taught when I was younger. It makes a massive difference to the finish of the garment.
This is a jumper for Oliver, I have now to knit on the front little band and a collar in a lighter blue and get two nice buttons.

I'm using this as this weeks challenge of smooth as the pieces are smooth when they dry after being pinned for a few days
