Birthday

Day off today as it was my 50th birthday but not much of a lie in as the dogs were booked into day care, dropped them off and came back for breakfast and to open my cards. Managed to get a bit more model paining done in the morning before going for the 7 course tasting menu with wine at Fhior restaurant just around the corner. The food was fantastic and the wines very nice, defiantly a place to go back to for a special occasion. While we were out our 6 by Nico dinner arrived for tomorrow night so a quick stop to put them in the fridge and headed up to Lady Libertines for a cocktail. Not impressed with the place or the cocktail list so left without ordering and went to the Register Club around the corner. Much nice place with a better cocktail list and great staff. Had a couple of cocktails there and then headed home to be in for when the dogs arrived back on the wagon. Quiet night in watching Bird of Prey, not impressed, the Marvel films are much better. Thanks for all my birthday cards, well wishes and presents, it was a great day.
