Watching

like a hawk!
I was on a FaceTime call with my dad telling him about all the Cardinals frequenting our backyard when I looked up. No birds in sight until I spotted the hawk. He sat watching in that tree for an hour. A young squirrel wandered out to eat and I thought it would become lunch. Nope. Finally, Miya needed to go out. She scared the hawk away.
Back spasms continue but it is getting better. Took it easy and iced it several times today.
