One of the two roses in the latest bouquet for Flower Friday with thanks as always to Anni/BikerBear.

We’ve been taking care of Jack every afternoon this past week as his poor mom is ill with shingles. One worry is that both son and grandson have not had chicken pox and it is possible to get that through contamination with shingles. A whole household ill would be really hard. DJ, son no 2 and I have all had chicken pox so we’re not that worried. It is fun to see so much of Jack but it does mean there is hardly any time for photography. Fingers crossed Fumiko’s meds will do their work and she’ll feel better soon.
