Pad Thai a la J

The highlight of my evening! Jamie is pretty good at cooking Pad Thai and we managed tonight with a few alternative ingredients!
Met Lissa for a dog walk today which was LOVELY. I hate to say it, and I was certainly never allowed to as a child, but I was bored today. Omicron has made it impossible to even function vaguely normally whilst on chemo so dog walks with friends and cooking with husbands all feature highly at the moment!
