A trip out

The scallywags have shut the main road near us and the bus service has been suspended for 3 weeks. As the sun was shining (again) we had to go for a walk (again).
Took ourselves off in an easterly direction, spent a chilly and muddy half hour walking round a small country ‘park’ before landing at Waitrose.
Bought lots more than the items on our list and picked up some recipe cards. Probably won’t make them as printed on the cards but may mix and match.
Back home via the farm shop cafe for scotch egg and coffee before the gov departed for her gym induction.
