Car Quiz Alaska Style

Name that car?

In deference to Dog's Dinner's excellent Car Quiz, I'm submitting today's blip of a little car that was tucked behind my neighborhood mechanic's shop. I spotted it while picking up my car from and oil change and lube. I've lived in North America, Europe, and Asia, but I've never seen one of these. I suspect it's the only one of its kind in the state of Alaska.

Impractical, dead, rusting, and pretty damn ugly.
