Date night!

My husband and I have 'date night' every Friday night. I cook us a nice meal which we sit and eat with a bottle of wine before watching a film! Tonight we are having duck in orange sauce! It's a vital part of our marriage and probably the reason we have lasted so far...we were teenagers when we married and got told it would never last! We celebrate our 8th anniversary this year!

I spend a lot of time getting ready for it usually but the sprig clean has taken priority today! Downstairs is done though and my house could almost pass for presentable at present!!!

Right dinner is cooked so I'm off to enjoy that!!!! E joy your Friday evening people!
