snowy abstract-ish?

This is the one-year anniversary of the actual coup attempt. 

Thank you dear blip community. It was helpful to have other people reacting with shock. It was helpful to have other people's thoughts, especially at a time when we could not get together in person. It was helpful to have everyone sharing those thoughts, over the following days, in a sane manner, even if the situation was not sane. 

It looks like we've gotten through today without major incident and tomorrow we get 2-4 more inches of snow. 

Iceland, on the other hand, had to send out rescue teams >100 times last night and Icelandair suspended flights the other day. We aren't going in winter.
