CALDER PROTEGE?

Today is a gorgeous day & Angus is beside me on the patio as I write about this ABSTRACT Blip:

My youngest grandson gave me this simple mobile for Christmas. He is very much like my son, who loved to draw, design, & build
with whatever materials were available.

My grandson & his family were making
Christmas ornaments last month, when he became entranced with wire & found objects. He made a variety of whimsical art pieces. So now, this mobile hangs on a hook, where I can see it whenever I pass by.

I wonder if this is how
Alexander Calder was, as a boy?
