Just Take the Shot

During our morning walk, the Big White Dog and I noticed this Eastern Bluebird high up in an oak tree. We sometimes see them along our route but seldom in our yard since Bluebirds appreciate more open space than our 'sanctuary' provides. Even though I had a fairly long lens on board, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get a decent shot. It had been a long walk and I was tired; in my mind good reasons to let it go. But, I did click off several photos before the little cutie flew off to join her friends. So...I guess the moral here is...'just take the shot'!  ;)
