Fallen angel.

I was going to stay home from the gym today as it's J's birthday ,but he said to go ahead as he was going to see the boy's in Llandow.  Very quiet without Des in the gym mind you. I walked into town afterwards, and J was back in time to pick me up. We were back home by noon, and so glad to be in the warm. We will be having a nice meal, with a bottle of red wine that a friend dropped off for J this morning, and a Christmas pudding for dessert. I'm glad my birthday isn't in January though.
