Frosty

Hard frost this morning. Puddles icy during walk with hound.  Sunny as soon as we stepped outside easing the sharp chilly air.  Five minutes later the sun was veiled by cloud and the freezing air became more insistent. 
Made thick mushroom soup for lunch with granary bread, just what was required today.
Spending this afternoon lazily either reading, drawing or a bit of both.
