MAKING POMEGRANATE MOLASSES
Decided on a domestic day today and made a jar of pomegranate molasses. It is very good with icecream and can also be used in an authentic Persian dish with chicken and pecan nuts called Khoreshe Fesenjan.
The ancient squeezer and steel bread knife were given to my mother as wedding presents in the 1920's. The squeezer has an American Patent number.
