Baking is back on (although the cupboards are still heaving with festive food).

These wee rugelach flavoured with dates and walnuts are a good recipe find. Turned out well, and remind me of slightly simpler little pastries I sometimes found in Prague when I went there a few times with a former job.

A batch for the oven and a batch for the freezer - perfect with coffee.
