Where has the singer gone?

I was airside at Philadelphia International Airport and saw this interesting piece of furniture and immediately thought of a particular, well known singer.

Some clues:

A well known song - "Paddy McGinty's Goat"

Another well known song - "Delaney's Donkey"

Another of his songs - "O'Rafferty's Motor Car"

I am sure it was easy, and yes it was Val Doonican; sadly no jumpers anywhere to be seen.
