An t-Eilean plus reflection this morning.

Good swim this evening, and none of yesterday's 'hitting the wall' issues, despite being so much later, and swimming eighty lengths of the pool. First Redwings of the Autumn heard calling overhead tonight, whilst I was cycling home in the dark.
