Marmalade

It’s January again and time to make marmalade. Our local greengrocer had some Seville oranges and he told me that they are hard to come by this year, he blames the Brexit. Anyway I got some and they are lovely and fresh and juicy so we can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow to try it out!
