To the place in our hearts where we hide
The sky was so blue today, but it denies the cold that whipped round our ears, and made our fingers numb.
We dragged ourselves out of the house and down to the harbour for a brisk walk across the banking. It wouldn't be anything else - it was soooo cold and so windy. We were about an hour before high tide so we made it along the path without danger of drowning. (there is actually a sign that says "Danger RISK OF DROWNING" (or slipping) or something equally pathetic.
I promised myself to try and finish my cardigan today, and I'm nearly there; another couple of rows on the sleeve and then put it together.
It's back to work tomorrow; so basically for the rest of the day, we have sat and watched poop tv and drunk copious amounts of tea and coffee. No Alcohol today, I think we've alcoholled out.
Proper food, no rubbish and a bit more walking; that's what my body is telling me.
See ya all tomorrow
